Fixturlaser NXA Ultimate – a laser based measurement tool for precision shaft alignment

The high end product Fixturlaser NXA Ultimate is a complete shaft alignment and geometry measurement tool. It includes all the software that a plant’s maintenance staff needs for obtaining optimal machine condition, already at the machine’s very installation and further on during its life time.

Fixturlaser’s new laser based shaft alignment tool, Fixturlaser NXA Ultimate, comes with a complete software and hardware package for both shaft alignment and geometric measurements, such as flatness and straightness.

Regardless of the situation, regular machine maintenance check-ups or installation of new machinery, the Fixturlaser NXA Ultimate can handle it. With the flatness application, the maintenance staff checks the foundation for any faults. A machine foundation that is skewed or warped in any way will make the required alignment difficult, if not impossible. Once installed, you check the machine’s alignment status. With everything verified to be perfectly aligned, the machine’s optimal operation conditions are ensured.

“For 30 years, we have been in the business of developing and innovating shaft alignment tools. The Fixturlaser NXA Ultimate is the pinnacle of our high end product range. It is a complete measurement system for the most demanding machine condition situations.” says Hans Svensson, CEO. He adds: “The benefits of correctly installed and aligned machinery will result in lower operating costs and fewer unplanned stoppages. Not to mention the contribution to a healthier environment thanks to reduced machine wear and power consumption!”
